Joy to the world, the lord has gum
Work gave me a leg of ham and a $25 coles myer gift voucher. I am much pleased about this. A little sick of ham maybe (I haven't been shopping for food yet), but pleased nonetheless.
If I'd known about these christmas perks last year I would have hung around a little longer before quitting last time. -
I'm not gay, I just like camping
First it was the flies. Then I discovered rather painfully that we had set up camp on top of several ants nests. The next day we moved camp to a nice shady spot. For some reason this bothers me immensely
I was in the supermarket today and I overheard a mother asking her daughter if she could see the Napoleon icecream. Hmmm.
I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but, alas, there did not appear to be any small frozen dairy products attempting to overthrow their neighbours for shelf space. -
Giddy up
Melbourne cup day spent in the insanity that is Corbould Park . In keeping with my last visit to the races, I won a trifecta in the first race. After winning over $2000 for such a feat in the past, you can imagine my surprise when the tote wench handed over a measly $7. I stood waiting, hand extended expectantly, but no more was forthcoming.
