I was waiting for my roommate to stop talking on the phone so that she could drive me to my express bus. Her friend worked in Lower Manhattan and had been at work since 7:30 am. It was eight-thirty and I needed to be at my job by 9:15 am. I worked in the IT department of a firm on the 38th Floor of the South

That was a horrible, horrible day for this country. I'm so glad you were spared, and heartbroken for the thousands who weren't. It's certainly a day worth remembering.
