I hadn't heard about this so I went browsing through Gawker. From what I can gather, Leno's show tanked so NBC decided to kick out Conan and give Tonight back to Leno, is that right or have I missed some stuff?

Basically, back in 2004, NBC said that they were going to give Conan the Tonight Show in 2009. Leno agreed, and was planning on retiring. Then, when Conan was about to get the show, Leno decides he doesn't want to retire after all ( ... )
