I went when I was like 13, I think? I guess that was also pre-9/11 but I don't know why that would change. I also travelled to Italy and France by myself before I was 18 and never needed more than a passport.

That's reassuring. I read some things and talked to people who talked about getting a permission letter notarized, but none of the airline people or the people who have done it before said I would need more than a passport. And since some places in Mexico don't even require a passport, I wouldn't expect it to be THAT different.

heh, sorry.. i was preoccupied.. that comment sounds really mean, its just my email.. what the heck.. but i was preoccupied with YOU! so yeah, im totally going to your house sometime before you go. but since its really far away, im going to have to form a plan. i hope youre home tomorrow.. because that would be really annoying if you were lying and you left a week earlier then you said you would. and i would just be on your front porch ringing your doorbell wondering why im so lonely ( ... )

HAHAHA you have to go to Band Camp. Wait, are you going for bass clarinet or whatever that stringed instrument you play is? Anyway, don't ditch me for music-y friends. If you're in band next year (which you should be!!!!) I'll be all you have.

a. i like skirts. but i dont like them on me. you should find me a fun skirt that would look good on me so that ic an buy it cause i actually have money.

b. i bet all you need is a passport. pero no sé. maybe a birth certificate just to be safe. i wanna see your passport picture!

no you don't. my passport photo definitely does not do justice to my striking beauty. :-P
