So Tokyopop closed its doors today.

I'm glad I'm older and have a zillion other hobbies so that this doesn't affect me as much as it would have had it happened when I was 25 or so and totally immersed in fandom etc.
A few years back Kodansha dropped Tokyopop while I was reading Get Backers. I'm still sort of bummed that I'll never read the rest of the story - I won't buy the Japanese and attempt to 'read' it at this stage - but if I was younger I'd probably throw an entitled fit. ^_^;
