There are several things that make the emergency room, or ER as it is commonly referred to as, one of the lesser preferred vacation spots. One of these is the fact that you generally learn things you never wanted to know, such as the use of wrists for arterial blood draws that are far more painful and difficult to stop than the typical venal blood

I'm such a bundle of nerves these days that I hardly notice this. I did, however, self-medicate with a full bottle of wine last night, lol.
