The one most unthinkable thing that could happen is taking place. My dad, stepmom, brother and sister are moving from Detroit to Las Vegas. It's been confirmed that my stepmom has accepted a position at the Venetian and the entire family is packing up and heading west. This is kind of heart wrenching for me. Yikes, thats alot of stuff.

Well, if you need anyone to talk to, call me. I'm rather familiar with the loss of home and grad school, so I can't totally relate.

so, i bleed detroit. i follow what is going on religiously. but you're right. i left. and my family is just trying to be close by. i miss the city more than you or anyone would ever think i do. but i will forever be from detroit....

and you're right, this means it might be a while before i come back...but i will be back, my life is in complete upheaval right now...so...who knows when it will be.

but i'll be back. until we talk next.
