You should get those pictures figured out...
So I figured out that we happened to find the worst parts of Baltimore. During the conference we realized that the nicer parts of Baltimore was across the harbor. During the trip I went to 4 museums (American Dime Museum, American Visionary Art Museum, Baltimore Museum of Art near Johns Hopkins, and the Cable Car Museum), the Aquarium, and various restaurants. We went back to Tir Na Nog for beer the first night, Cheesecake Factory for (duh) cheesecake, Phillips for seafood (didn't hold a candle to Legal Sea Food), Spoons (a fantastic coffeehouse we visited twice)... and I guess that's about it.
The hotel at which the conference was held (Renaissance Harborplace) was fantastic, but I guess for $209/night it darn well better be! Of course the department footed the bill. Didn't spend much time there, though. Too much to do/see. I'll send you pictures if you want.
