" time is a valuable thing Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings Watch it count down to the end of the day The clock ticks life away It’s so unreal Didn’t look out below Watch the time go right out the window Trying to hold on / but didn’t even know Wasted it all just to Watch you go "
This year, while it has all been fun feels wasted to me. I look back and a i can't honestly say i achieved anything all that great. I had fun, made some awesome friendships, built on other friendships and had a good year. But it still feels wasted.
There's no point me posting the lyrics, it's not the lyrics that remind me of you. It's sposed to be a song about all the different types of love there is. Like it starts off about his girlfriend/fiance/wife or whatever, then it goes into a verse about his brother, and then a verse about his father. It's just about truly caring about somebody really strongly, immaterialistic love.
In the End - Linkin Park. (in addition I could say ANYTHING from Linkin Park)
No lyrics needed. It's the songs that connect us and remind me of you. Simply because we both know all the words and love sitting around screaming them out at the top of our lungs. Enough said.
