Yeah, it's been awhile. School again, sorry. But hey, how better to ignore impending algebra homework than to read inane comments over an overlay of screenshots ( Read more... )

Honestly, I was very tired at the time and that's pretty much exactly the experience I had. HOORAY FOR PASSING ON THE JOY.

Froggies indeed!

Oh hey. I got my snes working and played the game a while ago.

Is it just me or does the snake fight take FOREVER. I was there for like... forty minutes. Running around in circles, healing myself, getting trapped in corners by the wisps, hucking spears at the damn snake thingie... D: damn.

I really need to level up, especially cause my dog FAILS AT BEING ALIVE Dx

Cool, another original-cartridge player!

It, er, took me about ten minutes, but I'm a filthy stinking cheater. Obsessive levelling doesn't hurt, either. I don't envy you the fight D:

I've always found that levelling even just a bit extra early on snowballs throughough most RPGs somehow. I don't know how it works, but it apparently does.

DO NOT FAIL AT BEING ALIVE, DOG! WE BELIEVESES IN J00

Ahahaha, that Rupee joke was awesome. Nintendo - and videogame companies in general, really - don't do enough in-jokes like that these days.

Also that snake is HORRIFYING.

It's true, they don't, although Smash Brothers definitely helps fill crossover quota. And oh boy, oh boy, just you wait, they don't stop there :D

I'm gonna be seeing it in my dreams, I just know it >

The swamp was one of the places that I got stuck, because weapons level up so slowly that I got used to just avoiding battles whenever possible, and Frippos don't look like something you have to kill to advance the story.

Man, seriously. They're so easy to run by if you don't feel like fiddling with them, too. Not one of Evermore's more fun quirks.
