Say what? You can't wear skirts/dresses that are long? What do they expect? You keep your ankles hidden away so long and then suddenly you flash them and shock people into heart attacks? ¬¬

On a more seriously note, the only sensible thing I could think would be they'd be afraid of you tripping on a long skirt and getting injured on their property. But I highly doubt there was anything sensible going on when they made it.

Yes, at times like these I do not doubt that I am, in fact, a woman - a full closet and nothing to wear, of course! XD
