I can't believe it! Heath Ledger is dead.
My 17-year-old daughter just text messaged me to say he was dead - my initial reaction was "No way!" He was only 28, after all. But it's too true - he was found dead in his apartment today. What a shame. Apparently he had a little girl he's leaving behind ... and many heartbroken fans.

Catching BSG fever again!
I watched "Battlestar Galactica Razor" last night and was reminded of why I liked this show so much at the beginning! I think I'll have to rewatch the first 3 seasons to fill in the void between now and March/April when the season 4 is supposed to start airing! "BSG Razor" on DVD is getting added to my Christmas Wish list too!

Family news and fun
I'm happy and apprehensive at the same time ... my son Gary, his wife Victoria and 19-month-old son Nicholas are going to be moving in with my dad starting next week. We have missed them so much over the past couple of years, it'll be nice to have them all closer. I just hope they get along okay in that relatively confined space, especially my dad ( Read more... )
