Well, my company had major layoffs today. They cut out about 18 % of the workforce, including one of my co-workers (on a team of 3 that has now become 2) and my dad. So, today has been just peachy

Dude that blows. The unemployment rate (10.5 percent in michigan,whoa) is one thing that freaks me about job hunting.
