I'm not fond of that shoe. That shoe is evil. It's brown and mary jane styled tennis shoes with velcro straps and has large orange "V"'s all over them.

Absolutely horrifying.

It's a game of innuendo. Basically, you find something that can be construed as something off the wall that can be considered sexual in some odd manner, and asking your friend "Are you....?" Most examples are usually found in ads describing certain products. It is amazingly fun. :)

Here is an example:

You look through the newspaper, and you see an ad for lemonaide or some beverage. The ad describes it as "tasty, yet satisfying". You ask someone, "Are you tasty, yet satisfying?" Granted, that's a lame one, but I think you get the idea. It's a load of laughs.
