It's fairly common where I'm from, too.

[Nods, and gives directions.] There's three bedroom areas per townhouse - an upper cove with three bedrooms, a lower cove with three bedrooms, and a cove near the laundry area with two bedrooms. It seems you're living in the same cove as me.
