And I would hang up the phone, put on some socks, tidy my desk and open the window wide, wide open to let some air in.

hehe I'm glad you like my ramblings c: !! Also yey Amelie! Have you listened to anything else by the guy who did the soundtrack (Yann Tiersen)? He's pretty damn amazing!

Yes! I really love Yann Tiersen's soundtracks--especially because he's one for using pianos and wicked strings. The Amelie soundtrack's accordion is to die for, tho. I also have his "Goodbye Lenin!" soundtrack, which I quite enjoy. Do you know of others??

Hm I haven't heard the Goodbye Lenin soundtrack! Will look out for it. I have his album Les Retrouvailles which is brilliant, lots of really great strings on that one and a couple of piano pieces.
