the friend's only thing? or the theme week. Because the friend's only is when you make an entry you just change the security level to friends. And the theme week is pretty much easy to understand. Just take a picture of you and your fav. flower and post it under lj cut. if you don't have a camera just post an entry telling what your fav. flower is.
