How's the texture of this recipe? Is it crumbly and drier or more moist and velvety? I'm searching for a replacement for my favorite pumpkin bread that I cannot get anymore, and it's more like the latter.

the interior is very moist -- like my favorite banana bread. The exterior acquires a nice crust that is crispy, but the middle is just so dense and moist. It's delicious.
