Today I made these ricotta-cheesecake brownies

Marbled Ricotta Cheesecake Brownies:

maks 35 squares

Cheesecake batter:
250 gr. ricotta (9 oz)
150 gr. cream cheese, at room temperature (5 oz)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs

mine didn't turn out as well as i would have liked. the chocolate wasn't sweet enough (i had unsweetened and used more sugar) and i had to use a loaf pan because i couldn't find my brownie pan. I do anticipate that they would have been better had i followed the recipe more exactly.

yeah....dang i'm so sad about it...i can't bring myself to throw the loaf away, even though i don't want to eat it.
