Ryutarou knew that sound. The sound of as basketball hitting the hoop with a clang, before bouncing onto the ground with a thud. The hoop would ring just slightly, an irritating sharp buzzing noise. The sound was all to familiar to him, for him not to know.

Recognizing no footsteps running after the ball, he stopped in place. And without looking up form the pavement, blinked when the ball rolled to a stop at his foot. A moment of silence, before Ryutarou bent down and picked it up. Pulling up his head, he saw a figure lying on the floor. Squinting, Ryutarou found something familiar about the male.

Standing up, Ryutarou walked over to him. And grinned, when he realized it was Yuuto-kun. Now hovering just over him, his shadow covering Yuuto-kun's face, Ryutarou bent down and smiled. "Hello, Yuuto-kun."

Thud, thud, thud. The ball came to a stop, presumably rolling off somewhere. Had to get up and find it sometime later, he though vaguely, staring at the sky and being slightly upset. Hadn’t talked to Mio, things didn’t go well with Suzuki-chan, and…oh god. He still refused to believe that had happened. The whole turning into a girl thing, that had to be some sort of hallucination from his stressed mind. It had to be.

But everything else felt real enough, the costumes, the dancing, her, if it was a stressed-induced hallucination it was a pretty good one. Suddenly remembering that skipping cram school meant he couldn’t ask Saihara whether or not he was sane, Yuuto cursed, reaching for his phone when a shadowy figure stood overcast over him.

“Oh, hey, Ryuu-kun. Lovely day isn’t it?” he spoke automatically, smiling. Honestly though, he was a bit irritated, and not in the mood. But what’s one to do in a situation like this?

Ryutarou poked at Yuuto-kun's cheek. "Lovely day?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "Is it now?" he trailed off. Standing up with the basketball still in hand, Ryutarou stared down onto the usually taller man. "With me skipping cram school and all, I'm practically homeless at the moment." With a small smile, Ryutarou held out an offering hand.

The Yuuto-kun that wanted to go to Keio, skipping cram school. Ryutarou thought it wasn't like him. But Ryutarou was standing there, skipping cram school. It wasn't like himself either. He had did it on the spur of the moment, only because he suddenly didn't feel like going today. But what about Yuuto-kun? Probably has something bothering him, Ryutarou concluded.

But he decided not to ask. Only because he didn't feel like speaking a couple of more words.

Pushing up from the ground, Yuuto yawned, sitting seiza and gesturing for Eyuutaro to return him his basketball. “Yes, lovely day,” he responded with his trademark smile. The lie made a sickening pit in his stomach, and Yuuto had to force himself not to grimace at it.. The day was far from lovely, it wasn’t even content. It should be shot in the face, tied in a bag, and thrown into the river, or something equally sadistic. “Homeless? Hey, you can always stop by my house.”

Frowning lightly as the fact that the younger had skipped cram school, he shook his head disapprovingly. “Why are you skipping cram school? High school entrance exams are important, you know,” he muttered, not caring to add the fact that he was doing exactly the same. Stretching like a lazy cat, he sat there for a few more moments before taking Ryutarou’s hand, standing upright.

“You might end up like the half-drunk, half-asleep salary men on the train if you do that too often, Ryuu-kun,” though he was teasing, in all seriousness, he was slightly worried.
