We have these monthly meetings at work. And we call them “Anniversary Celebrations” because we announce all the people who have their anniversary that month and they get certificates and we clap and cheer and say “Oh man, I love that guy/girl”.

Each month has a theme, like “fun in the sun” and we can wear flip flops and shorts that day. Or “80’s
