I second the hang-in-there. I really don't know what else to say because this just plain sucks. But I'm thinking of you, and I hope that it will get better.

Is there another field you've been wanting to get into? Is there some way you can slowly inch your way into another, better kind of job, one that fulfills you more? I guess what I mean is, are you guys in a position where you have to grab the first thing you can or can you ride it out a little bit?

I know what you mean, I really do. I feel like I am selling my soul when I apply to most of the jobs I am applying for right now, and I hate it. It's such a sense of dread.

I don't have an option of taking a paycut, either. If I make less than I am now, I have to get a part time gig, too.

Sorry, I don't mean to make this all about me. Just know you aren't the only one. Maybe we'll both win the lottery or something.
