Tell her to do kick counts for an hour each at least 4-5 times a day. If the numbers go down at all she needs to go to the ER.

Unbelievable. I assume she's insured, right? She should file a grievance with her insurance company about her experience so this provider can be investigated for their practices, and if a pattern of this is discovered, they can pull their contract from that office.

She should complain to the administrator of the clinic/hospital group as well.
