I'm 'alive.' That's the only important thing.

The people here, are they always so quick to indulge when the opportunity for indulgence presents itself?

'Sad' is one way to put it. It's their choice to act that way, in the end. When people feel mistreated, oftentimes temperance is thrown to the wind when they can grasp at a single desirable thing.

I suppose we've all done it.

Oh, ain't no one told you yet?

Underground where the game the interesting stuff my kind of business things not looked on so kindly by the law go on, most of the time.

But it ain't just that. Law-abidin' citizens got things to do there too, and problem is, it's dangerous. There are monsters here, yo. And the folk who got business down here, lawful and otherwise, they might have some opportunity as jobs go.

...and if I got the sense of you right, you some kind of fighter.

It would figure. The less legally suitable pursuits of any people have a tendency to occur as a group. Some would think it makes them weak, easy to find and be dealt with, but no. A scalper is easy to deal with, an entire community, harder.

Maybe I will look there for opportunities. Some of the best people I've known have been that type.
