I don't watch any of those series (and I've never even seen Torchwood and Doctor Who) but I know what you mean - for me, Friends is the ultimate TV show that I can watch at any time and it always makes me laugh.

Friends isn't my thing, but I agree... watching tv series that you can laugh about or enjoy the charcaters from is always fun.
