Thanks! When I started writing, my first thought was that it would be Archie who was pregnant, and then I thought, "Well, why am I making that assumption?" And it kind of came together after that.

Just a friendly heads up: You might want to cut as it's long and NC17 :-)

Well, whoever told you that was right. This is really interesting. I like how you've grounded it in some sense of reality. I can remember seeing stories (even if they were parodied on Colbert) about a possible future that includes male pregnancies and I like how you've used that sense, rather than just creating this whole nebulous world where everyone can get pregnant and isn't it fantastic, etc. Nice tough about the tabloids, btw. :D

I also like how it was a practical medical decision that decided who was going to carry the baby. They're both guys, I doubt either of them would be clamoring to be pregnant, so this rang real for me.

I love your Cook as well. :-) I just looked at the other comments. Sorry about the length, I guess I'm feeling wordy tonight?

That was supposed to be "nice touch" not "tough". Ugh.

LOL--I hate the way you can't edit comments when you make a mistake. Thanks for reading and for writing such a lovely, long comment. I never thought I'd write mpreg, but the gift recipient requested it, and it seemed like it would be an interesting challenge to see if I could make it reasonably "realistic," while still keeping them in the universe we live in. I'm glad you liked it!
