Cripe, I need a new phone. Is the iPhone the best thing out there if I want the internets? Do those things really cost 100 bucks a month? I need to do some research. Getting a headache just thinking about it. Does it make sense to buy someone else's older phone? Or bad idea?

I've been weighing the pros and cons for the past few months myself, and I think I'm going with a Droid instead of an iPhone for my next phone. Cheaper product, cheaper service, more reliable service. The iPhone is "cooler", but I think the Droid wins on functionality. AT&T service blows. If you are going to go with the iPhone, wait until January and get the Verizon version.

Thanks very much for the input. The droid sounds more up my non-trendy alley at least, and cheaper scores points on my dutch side.
