I do have a lunch workouit planned tonight, boot camp. I'm debating it. I should probably go because I am stressed. I am in pain, but not so much as yesterday... meep

If I go to that today I'm not sure if I could handle wing chun tomorrow.

Systema practice was 50 kinds of awesome! I'm going to keep going, even if I do get beaten by 15 year old girls. :)

Next up on saturday, Wing Chun. But Система is a hard act to follow. It's not often that I'm blindfolded and asked to disarm someone coming at me with a knife. Not on the first date anyway!
