If you are the praying type, please pray for my family and our safety in the coming days. If you don't pray, just send us good vibes. We live in Houston and as of right now, I think we're going to stay here in our house. We don't really know if it's the right decision because we just aren't sure what to do.

Thanks, hon. I hope we are too. We have a place to go if we need to get out, two places actually, but we think we're going to try and stay with our home.

You doing ok? I've been praying, waking up in the middle of the night and praying. Our news says its going east of Houston now. Finger crossed they're right.

It is going more east now so at least the eye doesn't look like it is going to come right over us now. I live in northwest Houston too which is only a good thing, I think. If you're looking at maps of the city, I live just off of highway 6 between 290 and I-10.
