One IUFD and I'd be done for. But what a blessing to see so many babies come into the world.

The infinite combination of moms and babies must make giving birth fall into the "no two snowflakes look alike" category: each experience, although similar in some ways to most others, is nevertheless unique. Which, if nothing else, means your job won't ever be dull.
