I know some of you are on FaceBook. I know that many of those on Facebook are unhappy about their recent decision to share our information with third party websites to "customize" our experience online

Huh. I use the Facebook applet on my HTC Hero smartphone, and I don't really notice much extraneous. I see the messages from my friends and how many comments there are, which I can read if I want to. That is pretty much it. It also announces what shops some of them shop at, probably something they have told it to broadcast.
