I was so busy that I totally and completely forgot about this thing, but it looks like everyone’s coming back so I decided that I better come back too. I missed all of you! It’s so nice to hear from everyone, see so many familiar faces. Those of you I don’t see every so often offline, of course. Speaking of which, when was the last time I’ve seen ( Read more... )

Desiree--it's been quite a while. Over a year, at least? It's good to hear that you and your husband are doing well.

We are, we're so great! I don't have any idea what I'd do without him. I'm so glad we're married. <3

How about you, how's everything going with Jakey boy? Bet the two of you are thick as thieves again now that he's back from Wyoming. Or however he'd say it in cowboy-talk!

That's good to hear.

And not exactly, no. Though he did stop by upon his return.

Hey there, Mrs. DeLite. Good to see you're back on here.

And we saw each other... two, three weeks ago? Last time I stopped by the Gust before Engarde's little departure party, at any rate.

Of course, but that doesn't even count! You need to bring your little girl over to our house for coffee sometime, or at least come over yourself. You can't just work all the time, Nicky boy~

I was hardly working at the Gust that day...

But sure, I'll stop by sometime. Got to congratulate your husband, don't I?

Oh, you know what I mean, we can't get a good talk going if I get called away to my tables every five minutes to refill drinks! It's just not the same.

I'm looking forward to it, we should have a little celebratory dinner!

All bad eggs get what they have comin' to them in the end. That's what they say in Texas.

If there's anything I've learned on the job it's the value of wild-west type learning!

Maybe you were born in the wrong era, bella -- though I reckon no horse in the old west could run as fast as yours.

Nope! I think I like it right here in this era with my husband and my bike. I rode horses when I was a kid and it's not fair to push them as hard as I can push my bike. Plus they take a lot more work to maintain!

Besides that, the old west was too dirty and rough for me, I'm a city girl at heart.
