Insomnia

So, about a month ago, I cut soda from my diet. A few weeks ago, I switched from coffee to green tea in the morning. Between those two, I cut out the vast majority of caffeine from my diet - and I've apparently lost my tolerance for it.

In retrospect, the late night cup of coffee with dinner might not have been a good idea. Stupid no sleep.

Same thing happened to me. I can't drink caffeine within 8 hours of my intended bedtime anymore. When I think about how far my caffeine tolerance has fallen...

I still drink a couple cups a day, but...yesterday, they ran out of iced coffee at the campus coffee shop, so they made me espresso-on-ice. Four shots, whee! It tasted great, but...made my eyelids twitch. :-(

When your eyelids twitch, that is the sign of good espresso. In fact both my eyes are twitching now ; >

Heh. I'd love to be in your shoes again. But I can't really stand water...

Depending on how you drink your coffee, I'd imagine you probably lost a bit of weight, too.

Step 1) Replace your "not-meat" consumables with meat.

Step 2) Periodically, eat a bowl of Colin Blow Cereal.

Step 3) Profit
