Oh really? Is it a widescreen, 1080p projector? I think not, Miss Robogock! ;)

Actually, we looked at projectors, but we couldn't really figure out where to put it, and unless you're willing to pay a very, very pretty penny, most don't do 1080p (which I wanted for compatibility with HDDVD/BlueRays discs coming out). But projection screens are teh awesome.

Admittedly, nowhere yet. But HD-DVDs (and other material) are recorded in 1080i/60 (ie, 60 fps) which can be re-interlaced using 3-2 pulldown into 1080p/30. It's more along the lines of "if I'm going to spend money on a TV now, I want it to support the best resolutions for atleast a couple of years."
