Time to play chicken

Today's one of those days where we WILL get heavy snow, so it's really a matter of when management will do the right thing.  Will they make us drive in only to let us go home at the exact moment when it's probably the most dangerous to be on the roads?  That's my bet.  It wouldn't be so bad if the area wasn't so rural, we're on one of those roads

I stayed home but it was still crazy. I've never seen them change their minds so many times in one day! They should've given us telework/liberal leave from the beginning until they got a feel for the storm. But nope, they amended the call in message four times, I think that's a new record! First it was open as usual, then it was tw/ll policy, then it was closed until noon, then they closed us for the day. Very annoying for those of us who don't live in the swanky mansions near the office!
