I've inspired someone?! Yay! It's not easy. I'm a very lazy person by nature, and I oscillate between being highly motivated and not wanting to do anything at all.
I can only imagine it's even more difficult when you have uncertainties about what might be wrong with you or how to exercise safely despite it. I urge you to go for it, though. What ultimately keeps me motivated is the thought that I'm adding years to my life. Yesterday I encountered a few 70+ runners and realized that's who I want to be when I'm that age, not an old, cranky invalid.
