It's a lot of backstabbing and backroom deals for people already in power and never quite trickles down the way it's supposed to be to those of us who are in the lower class income bracket. Anytime you have to spend 3 months and spend millions of dollars to have hundreds of meetings to buy a $2.00 screwdriver, and then
