I love what you done here! I'm a big fan of community lots especially :D I like to have a lot of places that my sims can go to and I love the Zeneport idea!

Thank you! Me too, I love coming up with crazy community lots and group events for my sims! I have so many public parks it isn't even funny; one for concerts, one for ceremonies, one for picnics, etc. The visitor adjuster is just so brilliant for making sure different groups have a place to hang out with their peers.

Your lots are beautiful. I love the idea of a women's only gym and spa with toddler area <3

Thank you. :) The gym is my favourite, I'm itching to have all the toddlers and babies there but I have to wait. Freaking BACC rules. :P

I've been looking forward to these promised pics! I love what you've built, and so quickly too. Everything has such cute little details and finishing touches! Who owns the Bath, Bath and Bath Store? :)
And a special congratulations are in order for using the storybook walls successfully! I like them so much but always chicken out and use something plain (aka boring)

Thank you! The bath store is owned by one of my 2nd gen plant sims. I like to use those snirkly, vine-y patterns for them, but that really just an excuse to let my inner granma out. I love that set! I just fail at building or decorating modern homes. Whenever I try I end up with art deco or the atomic set, I swear.

I could never play a BACC (patience, I have it not), but the aspect of establishing a community up from the bottom is fascinating. Your community lots are really quaint and colorful, quite contrary to my urban style approach of building, and one can see how much love and ardor you put into your future town. :)

Thank you, I can never decide on just one theme for a neighbourhood; the other shopping district is a magic town, and the main hood looks nothing like this one. Your Birdgeport hood was hugely inspirational for my downtown district, actually. ^^

Yeah, running thirty families doesn't really appeal, does it. I like the building part more so I've modified the rules to make sure I can keep expanding the town without playing too many households. Much more fun that way. You really get a whole other kind of appreciation for every little building when you have to pay and work for them.

Sorry I didn't get to this earlier - distraction and health issues. But the buildings are so worth it! You have done such a wonderful job with these! I love the 3 lots in the cobalt and white - they are gorgeous, and the interior is seriously cool! And I too am amazed at your use of the storybook set - it's one of those sets that I never use because I just don't know how to make it shine. You on the other hand, do!

Seriously Fabulous!!

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling poorly, but I'm so glad you liked these! Hopefully it cheered you up a little bit!

I seriously love the storybook set and it goes so well with your colours, so you really get to take the credit here. You should try it out! And I can't even tell you how much I love the flooring, I just want to use them all the time. They're so dusky and look exactly like old-fashioned waxed wood floors. <3
