PBS in California used to have a TV show called "the good news".
It only showed nice things about news, and people, not all the garbage and murders, drug busts, etc... It also showed new innovations, and it was a great show - I miss it...

That was a neat proggie - I haven't watched much TV since I moved to Michigan, but would if there were a show like that one..

I'd rather strum my guitar than watch all the destructive crapola they throw at us... The media is WAY too strong & infulental - you can't judge our world by the bad things that happen all the time. There really is plenty of good going on - Like this generator -

I just wonder what will be left for the generations of the future if we don't quit griping about the ozone layer, or lack of oil, etc.; and DO something about it. And soon.

Thanks for sharing - Im an engineer, but even if I weren't I can enjoy this breakthrough, and anything that prolongs the life of our natural resources, and lets our future ppl enjoy at least what we have now.

Awesome! I agree with you, the media needs to report more on positive news such as new technological developments. Greater energy efficiency w/o pollution would definitely be a positive!
