seriously thouh del you could always more somewhere else if ya wanted, me n phil can do relatively fine on our owns, despite the fact taht it seems like we cant

Irrelevant :p, the lease doesn't end until August. So I have to stay here and round house kick your tails into paying bills on time so that I can keep what's left of my now tarnished financial reputation.
