Hmm...can of worms right infront of me, and I didn't know whether to open it or leave it alone. A friend of mine's been trying to get into work where I am at FedEx. I've only just learned that he was considered 'unemployable' by our managers. (I'd like it if he didn't hear about this, kthkx). Was a little confused and mildly purturbed, but I didn't ( Read more... )

Hillary is crazy and you know she'll probably want to put the hit out on Obama if they are Prez/V.P. so she can take over. That was a cynical J/K on my part. Not really. Really. Not really.

Anyway, that may be his best option to please everyone. I think it would be an extreme gamble if he were to institute Chuck Hagle (Republican) as V.P. It may get him a solid election, but would we just be seeing more politics then or would we see the real change on how Washington works like Obama is promising? No one knows.

Possibly. I generally car pool with others, but I can do the driving if the Deathmobile's still up and running that long, possibly. I'm sure one of the Northern IN furs could be of help as well if you contact them in time.

Well, Obama talks about making changes when elected and the way things are going in this country right now, change would be nice.

I think the most important issue, at least for me, is gay marriage. This is a civil rights issue that must be pushed for. As a senator representing Arizona, he was the one trying to get a ban amended into the constitution there. I think both candidates are going to do just fine on the other issues. Either one is going to get good and bad reactions from either side so whatever, but having someone who is not gay trying to make anti-gay laws is purely discriminatory and the last thing we need is another bible thumper enforcing laws based on religion than on the constitution.
