This is not easy for me to admit. I know that by not mentioning it to the majority of you, those who knew I did this may have assumed I was able to quit. I am ashamed to say that I have not been able to stop my self injury.

New readers/friends who didn't know this about me...I have been hurting myself as long as I can remember. I became aware of it
