I've made a crepe cake with lemon curd before. OMG, DELICIOUS. And once made an amped up Swedish princes cake with lemon curd, lemon custard (instead of vanilla), and a raspberry whipped cream with fresh raspberries. Which... might be the single best thing I've ever baked?
