Security breach / email threat PSA

In case anyone reading this was not already aware, in March there was a security breach at DreamWidth and a number of user names and passwords were compromised (DW announcement here). Per their instructions, I immediately changed my DW password and also my LJ and AO3 passwords. Recently I got an email that correctly stated my (former) DW password

Thanks for the heads up. I've changed all my passwords, and hopefully that will help. I've got enough on without being threatened from little used archives! ;)

I know, right?? As if we need this nonsense. I can tell you it was more than a little unnerving to see my (old) password right there, in some nefarious person's possession!

Thank you for the reminder. I remember that email as well, but somehow it slipped my mind to actually change my password. I've now remedied that.
