I don't know the details of the ignorance/fear spewer, but that phrase sounds like a pretty good mantra for cleaning off the kuso that she splashed on you.
Some days, I want to scream and kick at those who think it's OK to vent(the euphemism for intrusive rudeness) or replaster their egos without considering the pain they inflict on others.(where's my zanpakuto?)
Oops, well, I broke a tooth, so I am not at my most calm and balanced, right now. Grrrrrrrrrr.
I really like what you said about what you need and don't need from the people around you. It's hard to hold out for the best, sometimes, but you are worth it. I don't know Joey (hi, guy), but I am sure he is, also.
I need to get some more clove oil on my aching jaw.
