Stupid voting monkeys!

Being a registered voter in that "nothing worth mentioning" category known as "independent," I'm willing to put up with very little from those I'm going to be voting for. That's not to say that I won't vote for a Democrat or a Republican if I like their candidate(s) for a particular office, but I tend to care less and less about party affiliations

I love that phrase, I really do. "The monkey button". I'm going to remember that and tell it to people.

I don't mind in the slightest, as long as the knowledge of why it's called that is also scattered about.
