Back on the Island for a couple of days, and damn it's nice not to be at work. It's also nice to be warm and in a room big enough to twirl about to music in as well

Unsurpringly, I chose the "drown myself in coffee" option. :p Also, switching on the dish washer raised the temperature in my flat almost two degrees. o.O
I still wouldn't want to always live on the Island, I don't think, but I do love coming back here a lot more than I used to!
I know what you mean. That's pretty much exactly how I feel about returning to my parents' place.
I'm not surprised at all, was chocolate involved as well? ;)
I wish I was disgustingly rich so could afford to go travelling for long stretches of time but always have this place to come back to. Slaving away in London for zero reward and sharing a place with an eternal student is starting to get very old very quickly!
I was pretty much an only child up until I was 13 and my parent's 'revealed' the rest of my extended family to me. I have 2 half sisters, 1 half brother, 7 nieces and 2 nephews!
We were stuck in a traffic jam and I looked over to see the reflection. It made me go wow, and I wish I'd had a better chance to take a shot at it. By the time I'd dug out my camera the lights were changing so I just pointed and hoped :) I'm glad someone else likes it, thank you.
Pretty pictures! I like the 2nd and 3rd one especially :) So nice how it's warm... it was getting warm here (in California) but it got super cold all of a sudden :\ Hehe, yay for spending quality time with family :))
Thank you! :) It was unexpectedly warm in Wimbledon yesterday, and it was so nice to sit outside in the sun while the children played. I'm not a massive fan of hot weather, but yesterday was perfect.
Don't tempt me! I always want to be in Singapore. Despite my dislike of super-hot countries that place really is quite something. Not to mention the epic way they open their arms to F1 :)

I hope your cold spell doesn't last too long :)

I'm sure if I did one drop of rain and I'd be saying 'why did I ever come back!' though.
