i'm glomming* them via netflix. just watched the first episode of season 2. when i catch up it'll be tough to decide whether to wait for the current season to come out on dvd, or bittorrent. If a show's good enough and has high re-watch value (e.g., scrubs, grey's anatomy) we'll usually end up doing both. But Cybil doesn't like the bugs and bacteria in house, so this one's up to me.

on the subject of hugh laurie and netflix, also worth watching is Jeeves and Wooster, although both that and house have the same plot-follows-a-pattern thing going.

* yup, i'm a foot-noting dork. just realized that my definition of glom (from reading romance novels - to obsessively seek out and read an author's entire backlist) doesn't match the one on dictionary.com.
