the interview went really well, i think i stand a good chance. i also asked them if they were wiling to offer me before the computer match system (thru which the locals are filled first) even though it's their policy to offer internationals after, because i've already got a position with another hospital and i gotta let them know. she was v kind and said she would ask her boss! she said give her a week to catch up on calling the referees (and only people whom they're seriously considering would have their referees called :D)

and i asked her abt potential for mental health rotation, she said very high chance (which is very rare, cos most people just tell me 'it really depends! :D)! so i'm pretty hopeful, if they offer me before the match, i'd take it and say sorry to the other one i've got offered! but praying that God will close every door that He doesn't want me to enter :D

i guess that's another advice to your sis! pray! cos if it's His will for her to work in Australia, He'd open the doors :)
