A Spoon, glass, and sugar cube would be cool too :)

but apparently you can buy it for your own consumption. my co-worker got some for his in-laws.

and theres information on wiki too..

the laws surrounding this are tricky.

It's not actually hallucinogenic. I can say that from experience. It will, however, fuck you up very well.

Which Absinthe did you try? Wormwood Absinthe is the original type, and it contains the chemical Thujone, which has similar effects as THC with a touch of psychoactives from LSD. Even true Wormwood Absinthes have varying amounts of Thujone, hence why some are cheaper. Most Absinthes that you can readily get in European bars and shops only contain about 15mg/kg of Thujone per bottle, while the King Gold Absinthe has 100mg/kg per bottle :)

I figure that if I'm going to pay out the nose for a bottle of liquor, I might as well go all the way and do it right ;)

Well it is legal to buy Absinthe outside of the country and have it shipped in for your own consumption. But you cant legally purchase it in the United States. Look up the La Fey. Thats what Julia brought me. I'll let you know if its any good.

Was it your Bday on the 31st? Why didn't you say you were looking for the green genie? I know someone with a graduate degree in biochemisry who makes there own. There are several people in town who make really good absinthe, Let me see what I can do for you.
